Your information. Your choice.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Anna Grace collects, why we use it, how our service providers help operate the service, and the choices you have.

Effective date: August 28, 2026

Privacy at a glance

  • Anna Grace stores structured information you deliberately ask her to remember.
  • Anna Grace is not a document vault and does not offer photo, PDF, or document storage.
  • For sensitive records, Anna Grace is designed to remember where the record is kept—not what is inside it.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your information.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

“Anna Grace,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Anna Grace personal life assistant service. This Privacy Policy applies to the Anna Grace website at annagraceai.com, the Anna Grace web app, and related support communications.

Anna Grace helps people save and retrieve useful everyday information by voice or text. This policy does not apply to websites, apps, or services operated independently by other companies.

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we may collect your first and last name, email address, account identifier, account status, plan, and related authentication information. Password authentication is handled by our authentication provider; we do not have access to your readable password.

Information you ask Grace to remember

We collect the structured information you choose to enter or dictate, such as appliance details, vehicle information, maintenance dates, reminders, appointments, household preferences, trusted providers, important dates, and locations where outside records or items are kept.

Questions and instructions to Grace

We process the questions, requests, and instructions you submit so Grace can organize information, search the records you are permitted to see, and produce an answer.

Voice information

When you choose voice input, your microphone records only the statement you submit. The recording is transmitted securely to a speech-transcription provider to convert it to text. Anna Grace does not intentionally retain the submitted audio as a stored recording after transcription. The resulting text may be used just like text you typed.

Website and technical information

Our website and service providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, access time, requested pages, security events, and diagnostic logs. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Support communications

If you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your email address, message, and information needed to respond or troubleshoot a problem.

3. What you should not enter

Anna Grace is not designed to store highly sensitive document contents or authentication secrets. Please do not enter or dictate:

  • Passwords, security codes, or account-recovery answers
  • Full financial account or payment-card numbers
  • Social Security numbers or government identification numbers
  • Medical records, diagnoses, test results, or detailed health information
  • Tax returns, legal documents, wills, contracts, or their private terms
  • Scans, photographs, PDFs, or copies of private documents
Location-only design: You may tell Grace what an outside record is called and where it is kept—for example, “My vehicle title is in the fireproof safe.” Do not enter the document’s private contents.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Create, authenticate, and maintain your account
  • Save, organize, search, display, and speak the information you choose to store
  • Create reminders and support other features you request
  • Apply plan, trial, tester, and usage allowances
  • Protect accounts, investigate misuse, prevent fraud, and maintain security
  • Provide support and respond to requests
  • Measure reliability and improve the service
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use

We do not use the information you ask Grace to remember for targeted advertising.

5. AI and voice processing

Anna Grace uses third-party artificial intelligence and speech-transcription services to understand requests, organize new information, search authorized records, and produce answers. To perform those tasks, we may send the provider your question, your instructions, and only the portions of saved information reasonably needed to complete the request.

Our current AI and transcription provider is OpenAI. OpenAI states that data sent through its API is not used to train its models unless the API customer affirmatively opts in. OpenAI may process and retain limited data under its API data-control and security practices.

Grace’s spoken response may use the voice available on your phone, tablet, or computer. Device-generated speech is controlled by the device or browser provider.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We share information only as needed to operate the service, protect users, comply with law, or complete a transaction you request. Service providers may include:

  • Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, database, hosting, functions, and related infrastructure
  • OpenAI for AI responses and speech transcription
  • Hostinger and WordPress for the public website and related hosting
  • A payment processor when paid subscriptions are activated; the processor, not Anna Grace, will handle full payment-card details
  • Security, email, support, and professional-service providers as reasonably necessary

We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of the service. If ownership changes, personal information may transfer subject to this policy or a policy that provides notice of material changes.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Family and household sharing

When family-sharing features are available, records may be personal, shared with selected people, or shared with the household. Private is intended to be the default for a person’s information. A household owner who pays for a plan does not automatically receive access to another adult’s private records.

Grace should search and answer only from records the signed-in person is authorized to see. You are responsible for choosing what to share and with whom. Removing a member ends that person’s access to household information, but does not automatically delete records owned by the household or another person.

8. Cookies and similar technology

Anna Grace and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technology that is necessary for sign-in, security, preferences, session management, and reliable operation. The public WordPress website may also use essential hosting and administrative cookies.

We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies on the Anna Grace service. If we later introduce analytics or advertising technology that requires additional notice or consent, we will update this policy and provide appropriate choices.

9. Data retention

We generally keep account information and saved Anna Grace records while your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. You may delete individual records through the app where available or request account deletion.

Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups, security records, transaction records, or service-provider systems where reasonably necessary for recovery, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or reliable operation. We retain such information only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Anna Grace does not intentionally retain voice recordings after transcription. Providers may retain limited technical or processing data under their own documented retention and security practices.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access or obtain a copy of personal information we maintain about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete information or close your account
  • Export saved information where the feature is available
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
  • Opt out of nonessential marketing communications
  • Appeal certain decisions concerning a privacy request, where required

To submit a request, email support@annagraceai.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification of their authority.

Reaching an AI-usage limit or ending a trial does not, by itself, delete your saved information. Access, export, and deletion options will be provided according to the service and applicable law.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include secure transmission, authenticated access, permission controls, database rules, and efforts to limit processing to what is needed.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials, using a secure device, and notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

12. Children’s privacy

Anna Grace is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 may not create their own Anna Grace account. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without legally required parental consent.

An adult may manage limited information for a dependent or caregiving profile when that feature is available. The adult is responsible for entering only appropriate information and for complying with applicable law. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information directly to us, contact support@annagraceai.com.

13. United States operation and data transfers

Anna Grace is operated from the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Those locations may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Anna Grace changes or as legal requirements evolve. We will post the updated policy with a revised effective date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when reasonably required.
